On May 21, 2024. I had the pleasure to speak with Chris Pass with the PIH division of HUD. Chris listened to me and was empathetic without bashing his colluges. Even though his department did not handle my issues he worked super hard to get me in a better direction. Thanks Chris Pass, you took away my tears. Phenomenal CSR!!!!

How can the site manager of a mentally and physically disabled building be allowed to manage a building with no thoughts or consideration to these individuals situation, the Chester Arthur Housing building where I was evicted due to me having a choice verbal confrontation with the site manager, I was to have a grievance hearing, which I sent in, she told the staff Attorney for hud, that it came in late,"so I did not have my grievance heard and went straight to trial at the Landlord and tenants courts, who ordered me evicted based on my disrespecting the site manager, whom I had no choice in the matter, she had my van towed, because she had a vendetta against me for reporting her to her boss of her being unprofessional in handling a matter, when another tenant was present, she claimed she didn't know the vehicle belongs to me, when it had a temporary plate on it, which indicated me as the owner. Her claim it did not have a plate. It cost me $650 to get it out of the tow yard. I was highly upset, it affected my mental state because, I had to borrow from everyone who could assist me. This manager needs to be checked, she thinks and knows she has the power, and gets away with what she does, if u go against her,she will find away to have you evicted.

For the past 11 years I have lived in Lycoming county Pennsylvania and been the victim of religious discrimination civil and constitutional rights violations and abuse I have filed complaints with HUD for the past 11 years and no one has ever done anything I was told by the director of huds Philadelphia field office that their office would not help me in any way I'm very surprised and disappointed that HUD would allow such behavior to occur and not do anything about it I find this morally reprehensible and am disgusted with HUD at this point the fact that they would allow this kind of behavior to continue is absolutely morally repugnant

We, Deaf, are so angry at HUD. Cuz they have no policy to place us in the front line. You know how many hearies are out there? A lot. They find a place so smooth without HUD's help. We always put in the last line and become homeless easily. Please change for better.

My son purchased a mobile home for $49,000 that was used in North Glen Village. After looking at the specs of the mobile home which is a Skyline 2008 manufactured in Bristol, Indiana, the home is zone 1 making it weather ready only in the southern states of Georgia, Florida, etc. This mobile home should not have been allowed for sale here in Indiana first and foremost. It also does not have vents in the ceiling or the floor. It is a health hazard all around. We have all been sick due to the poor air quality in the home. There is also black mold growing in the closets and drawers. Also the electric bill was outrageous this past winter of over $450 per month. This mobile home was supposed to be inspected by an agent of your department as stated on the plate outside the home. This matter is going to be pursued further until answers regarding this whole situation is revealed. Justice will be done.
