I had a highly frustrating experience with Santa Fe. I contracted them to ship my car and personal belongings while I was working in Belgium. I handed over my car on 28 June 2024, with an agreed delivery date of 1 August. However, they later informed me of a delay, moving the delivery to 13 August. Then, on 12 August, they sent another email, postponing it to 22 August, and eventually delayed it once more to 28 August.

When my shipment finally arrived on 28 August, a major mistake occurred, causing an additional week of delay. Customs discovered an error in the container seal number on the bill of lading, which resulted in the container being held for inspection and returned to the terminal. I could understand delays caused by uncontrollable factors like weather, but a simple typo? That’s unacceptable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend their services.

Unbelievable. Not shipping a family's cargo, trying to charge them for storage, delaying the shipment, over and over. After taking a full payment on the day of packing 4 months ago. This is not the relocation company you want. They are now ignoring emails and calls because they can't actually show responsibility for the error? Choose any other relocation company if you want service and your cargo.

Be smart take another moving company. A lot of our stuffs were stolen from our boxes and they refused to recognise it. Their policy is abusive, as long as you sign their release paper acknowledging that you received all boxes you lose the right to recourse in case you notice items missing. Never again!

I move from the Netherlands too Colombia with SantaFe netherland,Amsterdam.After the contract was sign,12000€ for the movement from door to door i get a built for the Harbor cost in Colombia,6000€. Nobody tell me about that. The salesmen,Koen say they are soms small cost at the Harbor. Small ? 6000€ !! My wife is Colombian and we no need to pay import taxes. After several mail's with Leontine the cost are reduced to 3500€. On the day to packed they come with a truck not with a 40''container need to be decharge and recharge in a container in there warehouse, not good for all the fournituren and other stuff. Once in Colombia I get again the built for the harbour cost,again 6000€, several mail's with Leontine later they say I must pay this and maybe later I get some money back, maybe. Now all is close because the Corona and the Colombian company take out my container from the harbour and decharge all stuff again in a warehouse, off course on my cost, 1000€ again I must pay otherwise I not get my stuff. After Corona all must be recharge and delivery at my house. All is charge and recharge 4times !!! I am scare how looks all. I am not responsible for the Corona and it is not my fault they not can delivery but ALL cost are for me no compassion or understanding of the situation from SantaFe. The only thing what I can say positive over this company that the packing crew in Netherland was top. The badest company I ever meet with the badest service I ever saw.

Horrible experience. Supposedly they should make the relocation for expats easier but instead they made it for us a nightmare.
Poor and slow communication to us,
They did not even pay for the temporary location and we were not even informed that the deposit of this apartment should be in our charge, leading to a really big misunderstanding with the agent
Not recommended at all. Much better if you relocate on your own

Part of my shipment was stolen/not delivered. Insurance didn't cover damages. Poor post delivery assistance. Would not recommend this service provider.
