I had hit a wall after many years struggling with the same behavioural patterns shaped by childhood events. The first thing that struck me about working with Mel was how at ease she made me feel. The amount of time she took with me to really explore where I was at presently and how I had got to this painful place of low self worth and the belief systems I had created to try and protect myself, was really appreciated.

I felt supported through the journey and at all stages, Mel reinforces how the changes that are being made, are being made by oneself so at no point does it feel like you are going to finish the process feeling unsupported. Because the key, is that YOU are the person who is the means of support.

I have been through various forms of counselling since a young teen. Group therapy, one-to-one, marriage counselling, EFT, rehab etc etc... and I can honestly say that this is the first time I have finished the process feeling empowered and confident that I have the tools I need to self soothe when things get rocky.

If you are in a place of feeling stuck, I really strongly recommend going to Mel. She is like no other therapist I have been to and she does indeed, shine bright, like a diamond.
